3. Membership Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register.
You confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your membership at our discretion if we believe your use of the service violates these terms.
4. Payments
All payments are securely processed through Yoco (Pty) Ltd, our authorised payment partner.
We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be updated without prior notice.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Membership fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable.
Coaching sessions or services may be rescheduled if 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of double-billing or proven technical errors.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, or post harmful/inappropriate content.
We are not responsible for the actions, behaviours, or outcomes of interactions with other members.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for emotional distress, financial loss, or any damages resulting from use of our services. Our role is facilitative, not a guarantee of successful matches.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
